This place is incredible. The food, the music, the whole experience. Open late night, they have a dj, unlimited mimosas on Sundays and the service is so warm from the pretty ladies behind the bar. The food comes out fresh and always timely even when the place is packed. I've tried almost everything here on the menu lol. Friday, Saturday and Sundays are a vibeeeeee.

I was there about 2 weeks ago and frequent the diner when I am in Edison. The food is good, the hostess very friendly I believe her name was Jordan , waitress was attentive and friendly her name was tali . I had a strawberry and blue cheese salad with walnuts , it was fresh and tasty. My two daughters had pancakes and both enjoyed it.

Went here with friends for drinks...had a nice time ..food was good..only had lemon pepper wings but were delicious. drinks were good..service was friendly and the DJ was jamming with the music. This was My First time here and I Will definitely Return and Highly RECOMMEND.

My husband and I stopped at Skylark Diner while passing through Edison and we’re really glad we did! We both had burgers and the food quality was excellent. I especially appreciated that they offered a gluten-free bun option, it’s always nice to have choices that don’t feel like an afterthought. The service was friendly and attentive, and overall it was a great experience.

Skylark Fine Diner in Edison, NJ was a great experience. The atmosphere was excellent, the food was great, and the place had plenty of space. The service, food, and overall setup made it a great spot for a private party, birthday celebration, or large group gathering. Definitely a nice place in Edison for good food, a great atmosphere, and events with a lot of people.

My daughter and I shared the nachos with short ribs. They were plentiful and delicious. Marguerite was our waitress and she was wonderful. The French onion soup was excellent. Overall, I'd the experience a flawless 10 out of 10 stars.
